Mynd Concept
Built for focus. Designed for impact.
The problem?
A strong coaching idea, but a name that was too long, too soft, and unlikely to stand out in a crowded fitness market.
The solution?
A sharper name: Mynd, and a brand built around focus, intensity and mental strength, expressed through bold typography and disciplined minimalism.
The outcome?
A distinctive, launch-ready brand platform: clear, memorable and ready to perform when the business steps onto the starting line.
In detail
Robert Gschiel didn’t come looking for a brand. He asked for a business card and all he had was a name: The Athlete’s Mind, and an idea: to help clients push through mental blocks and unlock their full physical potential.
But from the moment we spoke, it was clear this was more than a side hustle. It was the beginning of a great opportunity.
We started with strategy: audience, positioning, naming. “The Athlete’s Mind” was heartfelt, but too long and too forgettable. Through exploration and conversation, we landed on something much sharper: Mynd , we asked him how it was he could push through, he said it’s all in my mind, so we came up Mynd, it was a name that was distinctive, ownable, and rich with meaning. Part declaration (my mind), part philosophy (mind over matter), part brand.
Visually, we built a brand around intensity and intention, strong typography, powerful imagery, and sharp minimalism. The brandmark was crafted to work hard at every scale, from Instagram bio to gym signage.
Robert wasn’t quite ready to launch, but we believed in the idea. So we built out the system: mock-ups, campaigns, and social assets, a brand waiting in the wings.
When the time comes, Mynd is ready to go live, focused, refined, and built to go the distance.
