After working with Aaron Homes on Ezeefest, a brand strategy project, we were then asked to help bring his next idea to life: Holmes Houses, a property investment business designed to make the housing market accessible.

The offer was clear and compelling: invest from as little as £5,000 in a renovation project, typically completed within six months, and see potential returns of 15–20%. For those priced out of traditional property investment, it was a clever and timely proposition.

We developed a confident, modern identity and website that made the model easy to grasp. At its heart was a neat brandmark, two Hs, one inside the other, which, when cropped at the bottom of the page, subtly formed a ladder. Paired with the strapline “Climb onto the property ladder”, it turned a smart business idea into a visually memorable brand.
