Robert Gschiel is an interesting man. He began his career as a window cleaner, but, by the time we met him, was managing exclusive London properties for high-net-worth clients. Austrian by birth, he explained that in his culture, it’s considered an pleasure to serve, and an honour to be served, it’s an idea that has stayed with me ever since.

He’s the kind of person who walks a property with a small multitool in his pocket, tightening a handle or adjusting a cabinet door as he goes. His belief is simple: whenever a client arrives, everything should work perfectly, no detail is too small, and they should never have to worry.

When Robert first came to us, he had a project in mind. Through our conversations, we helped him realise that, instead of simply managing properties, he could build his own business, a high-net-worth property management company.

To reach his discerning clientele, he’d need a proper company identity: a name, website, business cards, email, and consistent documentation.

The resulting brand is deliberately discreet and straightforward. His name, uncommon even in London, became the cornerstone of his identity.

By the end of the first year, Robert had signed on two additional properties and hired his first employee.
