Exclusions & Notes

While the package covers everything needed to get your business looking sharp and performing well online, there are a few things not included in the base price:

  • Advanced SEO or ongoing optimisation – the setup includes basic keyword and location optimisation only.

  • Domain names or hosting costs – these are purchased and billed directly to you (we can advise on the best options).

  • Email setup or management – we can guide you, but custom domain emails (e.g. hello@yourbusiness.co.uk) are handled through your chosen provider.

  • Stock or paid imagery – where custom photography or premium images are required, these will be quoted separately.

  • Social media management – we’ll help you set up profiles, but ongoing content creation or posting isn’t included.

  • Software subscriptions – any third-party tools (e.g. booking systems, CRM, website builders) are billed directly by the provider.

  • Printing – printed materials such as business cards or van graphics are not included, but we’ll supply print-ready artwork.

Everything else — design, structure, launch setup, and support to get you running smoothly — is covered.
